1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Dream Tails website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Use License

Dream Tails grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our website and services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Copying or reproducing content without permission
• Selling, renting, or leasing our services
• Using our services to compete with Dream Tails
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

3. Booking and Reservation Policy

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed through our website or mobile app. A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS. You are responsible for providing accurate information including:

• Pet type and breed
• Pet's health status and special needs
• Any allergies or sensitivities
• Accurate contact information
• Service location (home address)

Booking Validity

Bookings are valid for the date and time specified. If you are not available at the scheduled time, the booking will be considered no-show and may be subject to cancellation fees.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Free Cancellation/Rescheduling

• Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice: Free
• Rescheduling with 24 hours or more notice: Free

Late Cancellation

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% of service charge will be deducted
• No-show (not available at booking time): Full service charge will be applicable

5. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, WhatsApp Pay)
• Cash (on service day)
• Wallet balance (Dream Tails app)

Payment Schedule

• Online Payment: Payment at the time of booking
• Cash Payment: Full payment on service day

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices are subject to change without notice. Current prices are displayed on our website at the time of booking.

Taxes and Charges

All prices mentioned include applicable GST. Home grooming service has no additional travel or delivery charges.

6. Pet Care and Liability

Pre-Service Requirements

Before booking, ensure that:

• Your pet is in good health
• Your pet has not bitten or shown aggressive behavior to groomers
• Your pet is not contagious (no skin infections, fleas, or ticks)
• Your pet is up-to-date with vaccinations

Grooming Service

Dream Tails uses vet-approved, pet-safe grooming products. Our trained groomers will:

• Handle your pet with care and professionalism
• Provide services as specified in your booking
• Report any health concerns observed during grooming
• Sanitize tools after each service

Liability Disclaimer

Dream Tails is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing health conditions or injuries
• Reactions to grooming products
• Behavioral issues or aggression displayed by your pet
• Damage to grooming facilities by your pet
• Loss or theft during service
• Acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pet and personal information
• Inform us of any pet allergies, health conditions, or behavioral issues
• Make payment on time
• Ensure your pet is accessible at the scheduled time
• Provide a safe, appropriate grooming space (balcony, bathroom, or designated area)
• Provide water and electricity access for the groomer
• Keep other pets/family members away during grooming
• Not make false claims about services provided

8. Limitation of Liability

Dream Tails' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question. In no event shall Dream Tails be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or data
• Special or punitive damages

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service
• Warranties regarding specific results

10. Changes to Terms

Dream Tails reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
