Before you write to us
How fast do you reply?
On WhatsApp, usually within a couple of hours during working hours. Email/web enquiries take a little longer.
Can I book directly instead of asking first?
Yes — once booking is live you will be able to pick a package and slot directly. For now, message us and we will help you set it up.
I need to change my slot. What do I do?
Message us on WhatsApp at least one hour before your slot. There is no charge for rescheduling or cancelling.
Do you take bookings outside Tricity?
Not at the moment. Send us your location anyway — we are adding cities, and we will tell you when we reach yours.
